Offer valid until 31st December 2025 (hereinafter “Offer Period”).
During the Offer Period, Eligible Card Members will receive a flat discount of up to 50% (hereinafter “Discount”) on hotel bookings made through the dedicated Amex-Unravel booking platform: https://amexme.unravelapp.com/ (hereinafter “Offer”)
The Offer includes:
Minimum Discount: Flat 10% off
Maximum Discount: Flat 50% off
Discount percentage varies by hotel or resort and is applied to the total booking value at checkout
The Offer comes with no restrictions:
No blackout dates: Card Members can book stays for any future travel dates—no restrictions.
No booking deadlines: Card Members can make reservations at any time within the Offer Period.
No minimum spend: Card Members can enjoy the discount regardless of how big or small the booking value is.
Unlimited use: Card Members can book as many times as they like during the Offer Period—there are no usage caps.
No discount ceilings: The discount applies directly to the full value of the hotel booking—there are no hidden limits.
The discount is auto applied to show discounted prices which can be booked upon entering valid Card details at the booking page. Card Members do not need to apply or enter any coupon code.
This Offer is open to Basic or Supplementary Card Members holding an American Express Card (hereinafter “Eligible Card”) issued by AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c) (“AEME”) in Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon & North Africa and who have received this Offer communication through email.
Eligible Card is any Card issued by AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c) (“AEME”), To avail this Offer, Card Members must complete their bookings of hotels, resorts or homes available using an Eligible Card through the dedicated Unravel & Amex webapp link: https://amexme.unravelapp.com/
Eligible Cards must be active i.e. not blocked or cancelled and with no overdue payments on the Card.
“Eligible Spends” mean purchases made at Unravel web app https://amexme.unravelapp.com
Eligible Spends made using Basic or Supplementary Cards.
A currency conversion fee applies when a payment is charged in a currency other than the Card Member’s Card product currency.
Eligible Card Members will receive the corresponding Discount amount instantly and will view the deducted amount from the total bookings at the payment check out page.
Card Members are eligible to use the Offer multiple times without any limit on the number of bookings.
The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.
Any information the Card Member provides to Unravel Technologies LTD will be subject to Unravel’s privacy policy and terms of use.
General Terms and Conditions:
Card Members’ Card Accounts must be shown as active and regular during the Offer Period and at the time the Offer is awarded (i.e. the Card Account must not be blocked or cancelled and has no overdue payments during the Offer Period and as on the date the Offer is awarded).
During the Offer Period, all Transactions will continue to incur Fees, Charges and applicable Interest rates as per the prevailing Schedule of Fees and Charges.
AEME reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer or to extend or discontinue the Offer at its absolute discretion.
The Terms and Conditions governing this Offer are in addition to and not in substitution of the Primary terms and conditions governing Card usage. Card Members warrant that they have read these terms and conditions carefully and participate in this Offer willingly, available on the website by selecting your country from the drop list at the bottom of the home page www.americanexpress.com.bh
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Offer will be resolved by AEME in its sole discretion. AEME’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer shall be final, binding and conclusive.
AEME’s failure to enforce any term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by AEME.
AEME's obligations under this Offer are subject to any restriction or limitation imposed by any regulatory, judicial or administrative authority with jurisdiction over AEME, and AEME will not be liable to the extent any decision, direction, order or determination by such body prohibits or restricts AEME's performance under or compliance with this Offer.
Card Members release and discharge AEME from any and all liability resulting from any unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause, including but not limited to malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, any loss or absence of network communication, any faulty, incomplete or unintelligible transmissions which could limit the opportunity of any individual in getting the Offer.
AEME reserves the right to request a valid national ID or passport. If the Card Member refuses AEME’s request without providing a justifiable reason, then AEME may deem the Card Member ineligible for the Offer. If AEME becomes aware of any fraud, deceit, misconduct or similar action during or in relation to this Offer, AEME reserves the absolute right to exclude the Card Member from this Offer and may revoke any acquired Offer unless it is proven to the satisfaction of AEME, that he/she had no actual or imputed knowledge or participation in such fraud or deceit or similar action.
AEME regards the confidentiality of its Card Members' personal information with the utmost security. AEME does not accept any responsibility for any promotional material or other material communicated to the Card Members by third parties that independently obtained any personal information.
